How to Find us?

You can find us on the First Floor of Northumbria Students Union, Its a breif walk from Haymarket Metro & Bus Station There are no parking facilities on site, However nearby sites can be found here

How much does it cost?

Admission is £3 (CAMRA Members get in free! on the production of a valid membership card)
New for 2022 We will be preselling some of our capacity online, walk ups will still be welcome
 You will be given a Festival Wristband for the day. Only those with Wristbands will be served at the bars.

Souvenir Glass is £2
(If you don’t want to keep it, you can return it when finished for a £2 refund)
Beer Tokens will be in operation, which will be in fixed £1.90 denominations (1 Token = 1 Beer/Cider/Perry, Multiple Tokens may be needed for Gin),

The Standard serving size for Beers/Ciders & Perrys will be half pints, For Beers over 6.0% and ciders over 7% drinks will only be served in thirds of a pint.

New For 2022: Should you wish to frequent in thirds of less than the above stipulation, Ask at Admissions to swap two of your standard tokens to Three “Third Sampler” tokens.. That way you can enjoy more variety for the same great price.

Only use CAMRA option where a valid membership card can be presented, This will be checked upon admission, those unable to verify their membership will be charged the £3 Fee or directed to membership to sign up

If you intend on joining at the festival, Feel free to prebook your tickets as a member, but on arrival go to the membership desk to complete your membership, claim your free tokens and then you'll be a member.

7.30 – 8.30  Jonny Pollard
An acoustic set from the upbeat solo artist who covers everything from Pulp to Greenday and Bowie


9.30 – 10.30 Dead Hand
This 5 piece perform is an alphabet of classic rock covers from  AC/DC to ZZ top. This could get loud.  


12pm – 11pm

7.00-8.30 Bradley Thompson
acoustic singer covering everything from Teenage dreams to Tenacious D with some unexpected gems in between.

9.30 – 10.30 Los Capitanes
Spanish influenced 3 piece playing a range of eclectic covers, they are the band your party never knew it needed.


12pm – 5pm

2.30 Blistered Molly
Female-fronted classic rock covers, regular headliners at festivals all over the Northeast finally debut at Newcastle beer festival
