Dear festival goers,
My name is Gav Younger, and I have the honour of being your Cider Bar Manager for the second year running, and I’d like to welcome you to our bar.
For those of you who have been in previous years, the biggest difference this year has to be the sheer number of ciders and perries that are new to the festival, approximately half of the list! We hope you enjoy them – we are certainly looking forward to trying them.
Note that some of the ciders may be served in thirds – check in the programme and at the bar for details.
Staff wise, I am ably assisted by Richard “Tricky Dicky” Dollimore, Michael “Evil Genius Lobsterman” Foreman, and Steven Clough as assistant / duty managers.
Remember that a lot of the cider on show is upwards of 6 or 7 % ABV, so do drink responsibly (especially if you are also sampling the beer!), and, as always all of the staff are volunteers (we don’t get paid for any of this), so please be nice to us!!
